Embrace Ur Journey Coaching

Coaching for real life.

Sometimes you know what you want, but you can’t seem to get started. Other times, so much is happening at once that figuring out what deserves your attention first feels overwhelming.

Coaching gives you a place to slow things down, talk through what is happening, get clearer about what matters to you, and turn that into realistic next steps.

We’re not here to decide what your life should look like. We’re here to listen, ask questions, encourage you, and help you move forward on your own journey.

What Coaching Can Look Like

Sometimes the next step just needs to feel possible.

Coaching will look different depending on the person and the goal, but these are three things at the heart of how we want to work.

01

Get clear.

Sort through everything competing for your attention and figure out what matters most right now.

02

Make a realistic plan.

Break a big goal or complicated situation into smaller steps that can actually fit into your life.

03

Keep moving.

Get encouragement, accountability, and support as you work through obstacles and adjust along the way.

Joyce, coach and co-founder of Embrace Ur Journey Coaching
Hi, I’m Joyce

Real life is a big part of why I’m here.

I’m a mom, special-needs parent, advocate, and entrepreneur with more than 13 years of experience. Through My Stay At Home Adventures, I’ve helped thousands of moms with money, work, motherhood, and finding practical ways to make everyday life work for their families.

I also co-hosted Mom Autism Money, where we talked openly about the financial realities of raising autistic children. Along with my own experience navigating schools, services, caregiving, advocacy, and running a business while raising my family, I’ve learned that there is rarely one answer that works for everyone.

That experience is a big part of how I coach. I listen first, help you sort through what is actually happening, and work with you to figure out what makes sense for your goals, responsibilities, and the life you are actually living.

Not Sure What Coaching Means?

Coaching vs. therapy: what’s the difference?

Coaching and therapy can both involve talking through what is happening in your life, but they serve different purposes. Dr. Christine Gift explains what coaching actually looks like, how it differs from therapy, and why her counseling and coaching roles remain separate.

Why Embrace Ur Journey?

Your journey doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.

Your family, responsibilities, goals, time, and definition of success may all look different from someone else’s. We think your support should reflect that too.

Embrace Ur Journey Coaching is being built around listening first and helping people find realistic ways to move forward without pretending that real life isn’t happening around them.
