Survey & Form Privacy

We are currently using a community survey to help shape future Embrace Ur Journey Coaching services.

If you choose to provide an email address with your survey response, that does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

When our email list becomes available, joining that list will require a separate opt-in.

Parents and caregivers may discuss family experiences, parenting concerns, special-needs parenting, school concerns, IEP-related needs, or other general family topics. However, we encourage you to avoid providing unnecessary identifying information about a child, such as the child’s full name, date of birth, medical record information, or other private details.

We may use anonymous or combined survey information when making business decisions or describing general community needs. We will not intentionally publish a survey respondent’s name or personally identify their response publicly without permission.

Email Communications

Embrace Ur Journey Coaching plans to use MailerLite to manage our email list and email communications.

Our marketing email list is not yet active. We will not begin sending marketing emails until our email system is fully set up.

When email signup becomes available, you will only be added to our marketing list if you choose to subscribe.

Providing your email address in a survey, contact form, or other communication does not automatically give us permission to add you to our marketing list.

Once subscribed, you will be able to unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those messages.

We may still respond directly to a message you send us even if you are not subscribed to marketing emails.

Online scheduling is not currently active.

Appointment booking forms should not be used to provide detailed medical, mental-health, crisis, or other highly sensitive information.

Coaching sessions through Embrace Ur Journey Coaching do not include psychotherapy, clinical assessment, diagnosis, or mental-health treatment.

Parenting, Advocacy & Resource Information
